SEO and Digital Marketing Support

SEO and Digital Marketing Support

The marketing work that is really engineering: a site search engines can read, pages built to convert, tracking that reports the truth, and numbers you can check yourself.

  • Technical SEO and site structure, not ranking promises
  • Analytics and conversion tracking you own
  • Reports that separate what we changed from what moved

This is a supporting service rather than part of our software and AI engineering work, and it is scoped narrowly on purpose. We do the marketing tasks that sit closest to the website itself: making it readable to search engines, structuring its pages, writing and planning content around real questions, building landing pages, and wiring up analytics so the numbers can be trusted.

What we do not do is present ourselves as a full-service agency. We do not manage advertising accounts or budgets, we run no social media accounts, and we will not promise a position in search results. If you need a media buying team, you should hire one — and we will happily build the pages and tracking their campaigns point at. The team works remotely from Indore, India.

Why clients ask for this

Where websites lose visitors and enquiries

These are the problems this service is genuinely equipped to solve. They are usually technical, structural or measurement problems wearing a marketing label.

Search engines cannot read the site properly

Content that only appears after JavaScript runs, duplicate URLs for one page, missing titles, no sitemap. The site may be excellent and still be largely invisible.

One page is asked to do every job

A single services page covering eight different offerings competes with itself and answers nobody specifically. Structure, not volume, is usually the missing piece.

Nobody knows which enquiries came from where

No conversion tracking, forms that never fire an event, campaign links without parameters. Spend and results cannot be connected, so every budget conversation is guesswork.

Analytics numbers nobody believes

Internal traffic counted as visitors, bot hits inflating sessions, a goal that fires on page load. Once the data is doubted, it stops being used at all.

Campaigns point at pages that were never built for them

Paid or email traffic landing on a generic homepage, with no matching headline, no single action and nothing to measure against.

Content is published with no plan behind it

Occasional posts written about whatever came to mind, on subjects nobody searches for, with no internal links to the pages that actually sell.

What is in scope

Marketing support this service includes

A deliberately short list. Everything here is work we do ourselves, and the exclusions further down the page are just as important.

Website SEO foundations

The structural work that decides whether good content can rank at all.

  • Page-level titles and meta descriptions, unique per page
  • Heading structure and one clear subject per page
  • Canonical URLs, so one page is not competing with three versions of itself
  • Sitemap and robots directives that match what should be indexed
  • Internal linking between related pages, in the reader interest first
  • Structured data where it describes something real on the page

Technical SEO coordination

Finding what blocks indexing, then fixing it or handing developers a precise list.

  • Crawl and index review of the whole site, reported page by page
  • Broken links, redirect chains and orphaned pages identified
  • Rendering check on whether content is visible without JavaScript
  • Page performance and layout stability measured on real page loads
  • Mobile usability and accessibility issues that also affect search
  • Prioritised fix list handed to your developers, or implemented by us

Content planning

Deciding what to write, in what order, and what each piece is for.

  • Topic research based on the questions your buyers actually ask
  • A page map showing which page should answer which question
  • Briefs with intended reader, purpose, structure and internal links
  • A publishing calendar you can keep up with
  • Editing or writing where you want us to, using only claims you can support
  • Review of existing pages to update, merge or retire

Analytics and conversion tracking

Measurement set up so the reports mean something, in accounts you own.

  • Analytics installed or repaired in your own account
  • Conversion events defined for the actions that matter, such as form submissions and calls
  • Form and button events wired into the site code, not guessed from page views
  • Internal traffic and known bots excluded
  • Campaign link parameters standardised so sources are attributable
  • Search console connected and its data reconciled with analytics

Landing pages and campaign pages

Pages built for one audience and one action, with the measurement already in place.

  • Landing pages built to match a specific campaign message
  • One primary action per page, with the form kept as short as it can be
  • Copy drafted from your material and your claims, reviewed by you before publishing
  • Fast, responsive pages using local images rather than heavy embedded scripts
  • Tracking, thank-you states and lead delivery tested before launch
  • Variant pages for comparison where traffic volume makes a test meaningful

Reporting and review

A monthly picture in plain language, including the things that did not work.

  • A short report covering traffic, sources, conversions and technical health
  • What we changed in the period, listed separately from what moved
  • Search visibility trends read as directional evidence rather than exact figures
  • A live dashboard you can open yourself at any time
  • Recommendations for the next period, with expected effort
  • A note on what we tried that did not help, because that is also information
How we work

How we approach marketing work

This service exists to make honest marketing easier, which means the method matters more than the vocabulary.

Fix the technical foundations first. Content strategy on a site search engines cannot crawl is wasted effort.
Measurement before campaigns. Sending traffic to an untracked site produces spending you cannot evaluate.
One page, one job. Specific pages for specific questions beat one long page trying to cover everything.
Write only claims you can support. No invented statistics, no client names you have not agreed, no awards nobody gave you.
Report changes and results separately, so correlation is never presented as proof.
Prefer durable work over tactics that need constant feeding: structure, content and internal linking rather than tricks.
Everything is built in accounts you own, so you can take the whole programme to another supplier without losing your history.
Audit through review

How a marketing engagement runs

The first stage is an audit, and it is worth buying on its own even if you do nothing else with us.

1

Audit and baseline

We record what the site does today so later changes can be judged against something real.

  • Technical crawl of every page, with issues listed by severity
  • Review of existing analytics, goals and data quality
  • Current traffic, source mix and conversion figures captured as a baseline
  • Review of the pages that already attract visitors and those that do not
  • A written report with a prioritised fix list
2

Measurement setup

Tracking is repaired or installed before we change anything else, so the effect of later work is visible.

  • Analytics property configured in your own account
  • Conversion events defined with you and implemented in the site code
  • Internal and bot traffic filtered out
  • Campaign parameter convention agreed and documented
  • A dashboard built for the handful of numbers you will actually look at
3

Technical and structural fixes

The blocking problems are resolved, either by us or by your developers with our list.

  • Titles, descriptions, headings and canonical URLs corrected
  • Sitemap and robots directives aligned with what should be indexed
  • Redirects, broken links and duplicate pages cleaned up
  • Rendering and performance issues addressed where they affect indexing
  • Internal linking between related pages improved
4

Content and landing pages

With the foundations in place, we build the pages that answer specific questions and carry specific campaigns.

  • Page map agreed: which page answers which question
  • Briefs written, then content drafted or edited and approved by you
  • Landing and campaign pages built with tracking and lead delivery tested
  • Existing thin or duplicated pages merged, updated or retired
  • Publishing schedule maintained at a pace you can sustain
5

Measure, report and iterate

Each period ends with a plain account of what changed, what moved and what we recommend next.

  • Monthly report against the baseline, with changes and results kept separate
  • Technical health rechecked, since sites regress as they are edited
  • Pages that underperform reviewed and revised rather than abandoned
  • Comparison tests where traffic volume makes the result meaningful
  • Next period agreed by priority and effort, with anything that failed reported plainly

Working together

Ways to buy marketing support

A one-off audit, a defined setup project, or ongoing monthly capacity.

Audit and fix list

A fixed-scope technical and structural review of the site with a prioritised, implementable list, plus a baseline of your current numbers. The report is yours to act on with anyone.

Best as a first step, and it stands alone.

Foundations project

A defined project covering tracking setup, technical fixes, page structure and a first set of landing pages, ending in a documented handover.

Best when the site has never been set up properly.

Ongoing monthly support

Agreed monthly hours across content, landing pages, technical maintenance and reporting, with priorities reviewed each period.

Best when there is no marketing team in house.

Scope boundaries

What this service does not include

This is the most important section on the page. Read it before deciding whether we are the right supplier for what you need.

  • We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. Search results depend on competitors, algorithm changes and your market, none of which any supplier controls. Anyone promising a position is either misinformed or misleading you.
  • We do not manage advertising accounts or media budgets, and we hold no advertising platform partnership or certification. We can build and track the pages campaigns point at, and work alongside whoever runs them.
  • We do not run social media accounts, produce social content calendars or do influencer outreach.
  • We do not publish ranking screenshots, keyword volume figures or traffic graphs as marketing on this page, because they would be unverifiable to you and easy to fabricate.
  • We buy no links and take part in no link exchange or private network. Where earned links are relevant, the route is content worth citing, and that is slow.
  • SEO results are gradual and never certain. Structural fixes can show effect within weeks; content and authority take considerably longer, and some competitive terms may never be reachable for a small site.
  • We report search visibility as a trend rather than an exact figure, because third-party and search console data disagree and neither is complete.
  • Copy we draft is reviewed and approved by you before publishing. We will not invent statistics, customer quotes, case studies or credentials to make a page more persuasive.

How the work stays verifiable

  • Analytics, search console and hosting all live in accounts you own and can revoke access to
  • Every report separates the changes we made from the movement in the numbers
  • The baseline is captured before work starts, so improvement is measured rather than described
  • Dashboards are open to you continuously, not summarised once a month by us
  • Recommendations arrive with an effort estimate, so you can decline them knowingly
  • Work that did not produce a result is reported as such in the same report

We would rather lose the work than sell a ranking promise. What we can honestly commit to is a site that is technically sound, pages that answer real questions, measurement you can check yourself, and reporting that does not flatter us.

Data and privacy

Handling access, data and consent

Marketing work involves access to your accounts and to visitor data, which brings obligations worth stating.

  • Access requested to your own analytics, search console and content accounts, at the lowest level that allows the work
  • No shared logins: named access per person, removed when the engagement ends
  • Tracking configured to avoid collecting personal data in analytics parameters or page URLs
  • Consent banners and tracking behaviour aligned with the privacy rules that apply to your visitors, where you tell us which apply
  • Form submissions delivered to your systems, with our access limited to what testing requires
  • Lead data never exported for our own use, and never shared with any third party
  • Third-party scripts kept to the minimum, since each one costs performance and adds a data processor
  • Your privacy policy reviewed against what the site actually collects, and gaps reported

We are not your legal adviser on privacy law, and we do not certify compliance with any regulation. What we can do is make sure the site collects only what it needs, that consent is asked for where it is required, and that what your privacy policy says matches what the code actually does. Where a question is genuinely legal rather than technical, we say so and recommend you take advice.

FAQs

Questions we are asked most

Can you get us to the top of search results?

No, and neither can anyone else honestly. What we can do is remove the technical reasons a site cannot rank, build pages that answer specific questions well, improve internal structure and measure the result. For low-competition and long-tail terms that often produces visible improvement. For a highly competitive term against established sites, the honest answer may be that it is not reachable, and we would rather tell you that early.

Do you run Google or Facebook ads for us?

We do not manage advertising accounts or budgets, and we hold no platform partnership or certification. That is a deliberate boundary. What we do is build the landing pages the campaigns point at, set up conversion tracking so results are attributable, and work with whoever manages the spend, including your own team or a specialist agency.

How long before we see anything?

Technical and tracking fixes take effect immediately in the sense that the data becomes trustworthy and indexing problems stop. Movement in search visibility from structural work often appears over one to three months, and content-led improvement is slower again. Any supplier offering a fixed timetable for search results is describing a hope as a schedule.

Who owns the accounts and the data?

You do, in every case. Analytics, search console, tag configuration, hosting and content all live in your own accounts, with us added as named users. If you end the engagement, you keep the entire history, the dashboards and the documentation, and you remove our access. Nothing is set up inside an account we control.

Will you write the content, or do we?

Either. We can plan and brief while your team writes, which usually produces the most credible material, or we can draft it and you approve before publishing. What we will not do is invent facts, figures, client stories or credentials to strengthen a page. Every claim has to be something you can stand behind if a customer asks.

Does this work alongside a website build with you?

Yes, and it is the most efficient way to buy it. When the site is being built, the technical foundations, page structure, metadata and tracking can be designed in from the start rather than retrofitted, and a launch does not lose the search visibility of the pages it replaces. Ask for a redirect and indexing plan as part of the build.

What does the monthly report actually contain?

Traffic and source mix against the baseline, conversions by source, the technical health checks, a list of exactly what we changed in the period, and what we recommend next with an effort estimate. Changes and results are shown separately, and anything we tried that did not help is included rather than quietly dropped.
